Cause They are just bubbles generated while water is supplying

If they are not disappeared after one minute, contact to the service center.

Cause Replace Post Carbon filter or TCR filter

Replace Post Carbon filter/TCR filter, and drain water more than 20L before use

Cause Water tank is contaminated

Clean water tank

Cause Water has been filled in the water tank for a long time

Drain water in the water tank 2~3 times before use.

Cause Joint part is defective

Close valve connected with tap and turn off power. Contact to the service center.

Cause Filter life span is over

Replace filter

Cause Water pressure is too low

Amount of purified water is decreased if water pressure is low

Cause Amount of water intake is large

Wait for 5~6minutes.

Cause Temperature control is shut off or heater is defective

Turn off hot water switch at backside, and contact to the service center

Cause Filter life span is over

Replace Sediment filter. After disconnect power plug and close the valve connected with tap, please contact to the service center.

Cause Water supply is cut off

Disconnect power plug until water is supplied

Cause Connected hose is snapped

Spread the snapped hose. Please contact to the service center.

Cause Supplied power is low

Check power cord. Adjust to meet standard requirements

Cause Check cold water lamp

Check Cold water lamp and cold water switch are on.

Cause Suppliedpower is low

Check power cord. Adjust to meet standard requirements

Cause Checkhot water lamp

Check hot water lamp and hot water switch are on.
